In a 2Voice system, with multi-user call forwarding device 1083/83, if the outdoor entry panel is of video door phone type but in my flat there is only an indoor audio, can I watch the video using the CallMe App?

Yes, it is sufficient that the outdoor station is a video door phone entry panel, i.e. it has a camera, and the video on the CallMe application will be present both during auto-on and during a call even if there is an indoor audio in the flat.
