Before sending the Owner key, the Admin can select one of the following items:

• “I pay”: the system administrator has Owner keys available on his/her account (purchase of an Owner key package)
• “You pay”: the key is valid for three months, after which time the owner can decide whether to purchase the key or to have the service discontinued
